The supermodel was partying with fiance Jamie Hince and a group of friends at London’s 02 Brixton Academy for the star-studded event, when she suddenly began feeling ill.

With the help of the Kills frontman, the 37-year-old beauty called for first aid volunteers who gave her an oxygen mask.

A source told The Sun newspaper: “Kate was getting stuck in. She wasn’t sat with shrinking violets – Bobby Gillespie (Primal Scream musician), Mick Jones (of The Clash) and all the usual suspects.

“Halfway through, she was feeling faint. The place was jumping and she had to get Jamie to help her to the first aid room.”

After St John Ambulance volunteers assisted her backstage, Jamie took Kate back home before setting off without her to carry on his night out.

The source added: “Afterwards he took her home in a taxi and then went out to carry on the party at a London Fashion Week bash.”

Earlier this month, Kate – who is due to marry Jamie on July 2 – fainted during a drunken day out with friends.

The ‘Two and a Half Men’ star – who has been receiving home rehab treatment for drink and drug abuse – blasted the organisation over its “outdated” methods and claimed he never gained anything from the meetings.

Charlie also blasted his ‘Two and a Half Men’ bosses for being critical of his recent erratic behaviour, which in recent months has seen him indulge in alcohol and drugs binges with porn stars.

Speaking about his CBS bosses, he said: “I was told if I went on the attack, they would cancel the show. Are they happy with the $5 billion they made off me?” It’s a frickin’ juggernaut.”

When musing on the possibility of the comedy series continuing without him, he said: “Watch your ratings, dudes. Watch your stupid ratings.”

Charlie is believed to currently be living at his Los Angeles house with his estranged wife Brooke Mueller, porn star Bree Olson is also living there, along with Natalie Kenly, a 24-year-old graphic designer and part-time model.

The British TV star – who split from the cage fighter in January and is in the process of divorcing him – admits she and Alex still occasionally go to bed together and can handle it because they are adults.

She said in an interview with the Evening Standard newspaper’s ES Magazine: “We’re separated. He still comes to the house but we’re not together. The troubled star – who completed a court-ordered 90-day rehab stint last month – was warned in court yesterday (23.02.11) she will be sent to prison if she accepts a plea bargain in relation to a felony grand theft charge and pals are concerned she will start taking drugs again over the stress of the case.

A source told website PopEater: “I’m not sure if she can survive this. She is so terrified and frightened that we all fear her addictions will kick in again to help her numb the fear.”

The ‘Mean Girls’ star – whose rehab stint was part of a punishment for breaching the terms of probation that were set following a 2007 driving under the influence (DUI) conviction – is accused of stealing a necklace worth $2,500 from upmarket Californian boutique Kamofie & Company.

Though Lindsay has repeatedly denied the allegation – insisting the item was loaned to her in exchange for publicity – she has been offered a plea bargain deal, in which she is believed to be expected to serve just eight months in jail in exchange for pleading guilty.

The 24-year-old actress must decide whether to accept the deal or plead not guilty and take the case to trial by the time of her next hearing, which has been set for March 10.

Lindsay – who is free on $40,000 bail – was also warned by Judge Schwartz if she pleads guilty or no contest to the charge then he could rule that she is in violation of her earlier DUI order.

Lindsay’s parents Dina and Michael – who also have children Michael Jr, 23, Ali,17, and 14-year-old Cody – supported their daughter at her hearing yesterday, despite a restraining order in place banning the showbiz patriarch from going near his ex-wife.

Michael told RadarOnline.com: “We just want to be there for her, but to be there with Dina and the kids, to show our support as a family.

“The restraining order is in effect, it’s been seven years and in effect for five more months, but it doesn’t matter.

“At a time like this when the public needs to see and the court needs to see her family come together for her. Because that’s one of her biggest problems, she has a broken heart and she filled that crack in her broken heart that came from our divorce with all the wrong things.

“Parents have to put their differences aside for their children.”

The 27-year-old beauty – who hails from Newcastle, North East England – is set for a judging role on the new show but has been ordered by US network Fox to soften her strong regional accent and drop certain phrases that Stateside audiences won’t understand.

A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “If audiences and contestants can’t understand her it is actually a regulatory offence.

“Cheryl will be told not to use the word ‘babe’ to describe a pretty girl. Other key words she’s being taught include saying ‘pants’ and not ‘trousers’, ‘butt’ not ‘bum’ and ‘cookies’ not ‘biscuits’.

“They also want to clamp down on her saying ‘pet’ which literally means ‘animal’ in the States.”

Cheryl – who has been a judge on the UK version of the programme for three years – is thought to be working with Los Angeles voice coach Bob Corff, who has previously worked with Sharon Osbourne.

The 27-year-old singer has reportedly hired a private instructor to teach her how to dance in her North London house in a bid to get healthy.

A source said: “Amy has started ballet lessons at home and she’s really enjoying them. She wants to get fit, tone up and become more supple without getting too muscly.

“She really likes kick-boxing too, but she loves the glamour of ballet.”

The ‘Rehab’ singer – who has previously battled drug addiction – has vowed to get in shape before going back on stage and has installed a studio and fitness equipment into her new home.

The insider added to The Sun newspaper: “When she moved in she swore she was going to change her lifestyle – that’s part of the reason she had her own gym and studio installed.

“She wants to be fit and look good ready for her comeback at the end of the year.”

Ballet isn’t the only pastime Amy has been seeking professional guidance in.

Last year, it was revealed the troubled singer had taken up golf in a bid to keep herself away from the London party scene.

A source said at the time: “She played nine holes and loved it, she had a natural swing. Amy wants to learn how to play properly now.”

The ‘Charlie’s Angels’ actress – who is currently dating baseball player Alex Rodriguez – loves watching sex videos in hotel rooms, and is particularly pleased at the discretion staff use so that no one would ever know she has paid to see it.

Earlier this week, Charlie – who returned to work on ‘Two and a Half Men’ on Monday (21.02.11) – was reported to have offered to buy Brooke and his other ex-wife Denise Richards mansions next door to his property.

Despite his own apparent indiscretions, Clooney doesn’t think a colourful private life should stop people from getting involved in politics.

The Hollywood heartthrob – who is playing a politician in his next movie ‘The Ides of March’ – said: “Just start from the beginning by saying, ‘I did it all. I drank the bong water. Now let’s talk about issues.’ ”

He jokingly added: “That’s going to be my campaign slogan, ‘I drank the bong water.’ ”

A bong is a type of water-based smoking device usually used to inhale burnt cannabis.

Rather than restrict himself as a politician, George would much rather focus on his humanitarian work, which includes raising awareness of the war in Sudan.

The actor – who has funded a satellite overlooking a region of the North East African country to monitor military movements – said: “I’m not tied to the UN or the US government, and so I don’t have the same constraints. I’m a guy with a camera from 480 miles up. I’m the anti-genocide paparazzi.”

The troubled actress appeared at a Los Angeles courthouse today (23.02.11) for a hearing focusing on the accusation she stole a $2,500 necklace from upmarket jewellery store Kamofie & Company, in Venice, California.

Lindsay – who has pleaded not guilty to the charge – was informed by Judge Keith Schwartz she can expect to serve a prison sentence if she accepts the deal offered to her by the District Attorney, details of which were not revealed.

He said: “Miss Lohan there are a couple of things you need to understand so there is absolutely no misunderstandings about anything dealing with this case.

“I never met you before the last court appearance, you never met me. One of the things about me is that I treat everyone the same. I don’t care you are Lindsay Lohan versus John Doe or Jane Doe.

“I’m just going to tell you a couple of things that if the case settles in this court will happen. This case does involve jail time. Period. If this case is resolved in front of me – you are going to jail. Period.

“Now there may be an issue as to the amount of time that you go to jail and that’s why a judge has discretion in sentencing. But if it settles here I don’t want you under any apprehension, you will be going to jail.”

Before the hearing started, the judge met in his chambers with the ‘Machete’ star’s attorney Shawn Chapman Holley and prosecutor Danette Meyers to discuss the plea bargain, and admitted he came away with the impression Lindsay was not interested in taking it.

Judge Schwartz set a new court date for March 10 and at that hearing Lindsay must either accept the plea bargain, or plead not guilty or guilty to the grand theft felony charge.

If she pleads not guilty her case will go in front of another judge for a preliminary hearing and then she will face trial over the alleged necklace theft.

The 24-year-old blonde – who is free on $40,000 bail – was also warned by Judge Schwartz if she pleads guilty or no contest to the charge then he could rule that she is in violation of her earlier driving under the influence (DUI) order.

Lindsay has always insisted she never stole the necklace and was told she could borrow the piece of jewellery by the store owners in return for publicity.

He gushed: “He’s so cute; he becomes a little scene stealer when he comes in the room… He’s like Steve McQueen in ‘The Magnificent Seven’ where he didn’t have a lot of dialogue – you just gave him the camera and he could hold the screen.

“I feel like Ford is heading in that direction.”

Though the baby has been named after Owen’s father, Robert Wilson, the ‘Hall Pass’ star explained the tot will go by his middle name – but the actor is aware that the unusual moniker could provide some amusement in the future.

Referring to the famous family car: “His middle name is Ford. And he’ll probably go by Ford.

“It does occur to me at some point, probably, when he’s a little boy and he’ll be fidgeting and I’ll have to get him to do his homework… I’ll be like, ‘Ford! Focus!’ ”

Meanwhile, the new dad says he is finding first-time fatherhood tiring and is always looking for somewhere to sleep.

He joked to US TV talk show host Jay Leno: “You look at every place now as a potential nap place. You’ve got to look for your chances to catch up.”

She said: “Now that I’m a mum I don’t want to be away from the kids. I only work if I really love the scripts or the character or the director. And yeah, to see yourself as a lizard is a very surreal experience. It was so nice because I was able to enjoy my own performance.

“Normally when you watch yourself on camera, I think at least when you are magnified to that degree you just question why all the features on your face have been clustered together.”

One aspect of the film 35-year-old Isla particularly liked was getting to interact with the other voice actors – including Johnny Depp and Abigail Breslin – rather than recording the part of tough country girl Beans in a booth.

She told BANG Showbiz : “Comedy is timing. The timing you get from another performer being opposite you, the chemistry you get with it, the humanity you get from your own voice when you’re looking at a real person verses a microphone. It’s irreplaceable, that kind of energy. It was hugely beneficial, I believe, for all the performances, to be doing them.”

The 16-year-old singing sensation is worth an estimated $100 million but has a cap placed on his spending and is forced to go without if he reaches the top of his budget too soon.

He admitted: “My money is being invested. I only have a credit card, which allows me to spend a certain amount of money every month. If I reach the limit after the first week, I won’t be able to buy any more stuff until the month is over. My mom is in control of that.”

Despite the tight control placed on his finances, Justin insists he doesn’t mind because he is more interested in his career than the financial rewards it brings.

He told Switzerland’s Blick newspaper: “It’s not that money wouldn’t mean anything at all to me. But the main thing is to do what my passion is. And that’s music. It’s nice to get paid for that, though. Performing feels natural to me, just like walking.”

As well as controlling his finances, the ‘Baby’ hitmaker’s mother, Patti Mallette, also keeps a close eye on the fan mail the young star receives.

Asked about having underwear thrown at him on stage, he said: “My Mom doesn’t like it when that happens. Sometimes they have phone numbers written on them. I don’t know what happens to them.”

The 28-year-old actress is set to co-host the ceremony with James Franco on Sunday (27.02.11) but says she wouldn’t feel comfortable poking fun at the nominees and other guests, and also doesn’t feel she has earned the “right” to do so.

She said: “I can guarantee that if you’re looking for someone to call people out, we’re not your hosts. I think that humour is really difficult to pull off, and I’m not particularly adept at it. I wouldn’t feel comfortable doing it.

“Also, I don’t mean to sound overly serious, but I am the youngest host in history and I have no business being cynical or calling anyone out. I certainly haven’t earned the right to do that.”

The ‘Devil Wears Prada’ star also admitted she only accepted the hosting role after James was on board because he eased some of her fears about presenting such a huge live show – though she claims she now worries about other ways the “unconventional” actor can wreak havoc with the format.

She added in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter: “I initially had a knee-jerk reaction, which was ‘no.’ I just focused on all the ways it could go wrong.

“But (show producer) Bruce Cohen was a bit craftier than I had realised because while I was hosting ‘Saturday Night Live’ in November, while I was loving the idea of hosting something and doing the song-and-dance thing, Bruce came back and said, ‘We have James Franco.’

“James is so brave and so willing to make unconventional choices. All the ways I was worried about it going wrong, it wouldn’t go wrong in any of those ways. It could go wrong in entirely new ways.”

The 83rd Academy Awards will take place at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood.
